Role summary
Supports the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead assigned shifts and supervise service teams.
- Conduct staff briefings and assign sections.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues.
- Supervise POS, cash handling and closing procedures.
- Monitor attendance, grooming and staff performance.
- Support stock control and daily handovers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years food and beverage experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong leadership, communication and guest-service skills.
