Role summary
Ensures food is delivered accurately and promptly from the kitchen to the correct table.
Key responsibilities
- Collect food from the pass.
- Confirm table numbers and orders.
- Ensure food presentation and temperature are maintained.
- Communicate with chefs and servers.
- Prevent food from remaining unnecessarily at the pass.
Requirements
- Restaurant experience is an advantage.
- Fast, organized and attentive to detail.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
