Role summary
Supports the kitchen with preparation of ingredients, cold dishes and other daytime production.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare vegetables, marinades and ingredients.
- Assist with salads, cold dishes and other preparations.
- Maintain food quality and proper storage.
- Keep preparation areas clean and organized.
- Follow food-safety standards.
Requirements
- Kitchen experience preferred.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
