Role summary
Supervises assigned restaurant sections and ensures consistent, professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned sections and service staff.
- Ensure proper sequence and timing of service.
- Inspect tables and food presentation.
- Handle minor guest complaints.
- Train and guide junior team members.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- Three to five years experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
