Role summary
Provides exceptional table service while supporting and guiding other servers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead assigned sections.
- Explain menu items and Nigerian culinary offerings.
- Manage VIP tables and guest requests.
- Support upselling and revenue generation.
- Ensure proper sequence of service.
- Train and guide junior servers.
Requirements
- Experience in premium restaurant or hotel service.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
