Role summary
Supports the Chef de Cuisine in managing kitchen operations and service execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations during assigned shifts.
- Supervise kitchen sections and staff.
- Ensure mise-en-place and food quality.
- Monitor recipes, temperatures and presentation.
- Support stock control and kitchen discipline.
- Ensure proper closing and sanitation.
Requirements
- Strong professional kitchen experience.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
